The Atlantic Chapter of EIE serves Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, bringing hope, education, and suicide prevention initiatives to communities across Atlantic Canada.

We believe that where you live should never determine whether you have access to support. Whether in a major city or a small rural community, every person deserves to know they are seen, valued, and not alone.

Your Atlantic Regional Chapter Director

Monica Pratt serves as the Atlantic Regional Chapter Director for Existence Is Enough Association, providing leadership and oversight for the organization's initiatives across Atlantic Canada. She works to strengthen regional programming, build community partnerships, support volunteers, and expand the reach of suicide prevention efforts throughout the Maritimes.

Monica is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She is passionate about youth mental health and believes every young person deserves to feel heard, supported, and understood.

Dedicated, hardworking, and encouraging, Monica has faithfully served Existence Is Enough in a volunteer capacity for several years. She continues to invest in the mission because she believes every life is worth fighting for.

Her passion for suicide prevention extends to her family, who have joined her in supporting the organization's work. As Atlantic Regional Chapter Director, Monica is helping build a culture of hope across the region, ensuring more individuals know they are seen, valued, and never alone.
