When we first connected with Meg on Instagram, we instantly realized how deeply our missions aligned. Both of us share the same heart to remind those struggling with mental health and suicidal ideation that they are not alone.
Meg has shared openly about her own journey:
“I had everything I wanted when I had my first bout of suicidal ideation and didn’t know how to ask for help. I silently struggled for years and felt so alone. When suicidal ideation became louder, I finally reached out for help with the support of my partner. Over time, with therapy, medication, pottery, and the love of my support team, I started to feel like myself again.”
Her honesty and courage have inspired countless others to embrace their softness as a form of strength, and that’s where this collaboration was born.
Together, we created a special t-shirt that reads: “there is strength in your softness.”
Those words came to life in our very first Zoom call, when we both kept returning to the truth that softness isn’t weakness, it’s power.
This collaboration is more than a design. It’s a message.
A reminder that vulnerability, empathy, and gentleness hold incredible strength. Every shirt sold helps raise awareness and supports Existence Is Enough Association’s ongoing work to bring hope, healing, and connection to those who need it most.
What started as an Instagram connection became a reflection of what we both believe: softness carries power, and together, that power grows.
