Existence Is Enough is a suicide prevention movement on a mission to remind as many people as we can that on the days when the only thing you can give to the world is your existence, that is okay and that is enough.

What was once launched as a storytelling community, has quickly flourished into a place where we can hold space for one another to heal, to believe in, and to find peace in one simple truth: existence is enough.
