Existence Is Enough Association exists to transform the way churches, communities, and care systems respond to mental illness and suicidal ideation by focusing on two key areas:

Awareness & Education

We equip frontline responders (such as churches, social services, and emergency personnel) with trauma-informed training and tools to recognize and respond to mental health struggles with empathy and understanding. Our goal is to build a culture of care that replaces fear and stigma with awareness, understanding and compassion.

Prevention & Support

We walk alongside those who are struggling by creating safe spaces, fostering connection, and providing community-driven interventions that prevent suicide. We believe in empowering the people already in their lives to offer meaningful, holistic support. Every life deserves to be seen, supported, and reminded that their existence alone is enough.
